This course covers all of the IncidentMonitor™ object interfaces including the Component Object Model (COM), .NET and eXtensible Markup Lanugague (XML). In addition, this will introduce you to the scripting interfaces that are used for the custom events on tasks and service rules. It will also cover extending IncidentMonitor™ using the Snap-Ins and menu extensions to leverage external data sources and custom functionality.
