Installation
With IncidentMonitor the application is installed locally at
your company. A local installation means you provide the servers and software locally at one of your
locations and the software is installed and configured within your environment.

As the pioneers of the 5 day install, our proven track
record for installations can not be matched. Our typical 5 day installation project
plan for either your specific solution need or our standard ITIL® Helpdesk, covers the following:
- Day 1 & 2 - Installation, install the application and connect it to all of your services
like Active Directory, LDAP, E-mail and your web infrastructure.
- Day 3 - Tailoring, tailor the initial project or ITIL® Helpdesk for
your specific notification messages, service rules and end user interface look
and feel. Do scenario walk-throughs to exercise the system and validate the
system.
- Day 4 & 5 - Training, walk you through a two day hands on training course that introduces
you to IncidentMonitor and lets you build your own project from start to
finish. This provides you with the skills to design your own solutions.
