Monitor 24-7 Inc. has taken our IncidentMonitor™ enterprise service management help desk software that we have been running in our data center for a number of years, and made it available to companies of all sizes.

This on demand help desk service, called IncidentMonitor™ SaaS (Software as a Service), offers you our award winning request management software without the need to invest in your own hardware and software, and without the administration overhead. Monitor 24-7 will take care of everything! Using your browser, you have direct access to your own web based helpdesk, service desk, ITIL processes or any other business process customized to your own needs!

SaaS is ideal for companies that want a powerful ITIL help desk solution that is easy to use and has none of the associated costs for the infrastructure that is normally required to run a system that is highly available.

Our SaaS delivery model provides you with the flexibility of selecting the most cost effective access to support your service processes. You can either use our ITIL certified processes like incident management, problem management, change management, service level management and configuration management with standard categorizations, service rules, workflow, reports, dashboards, self help portal, knowledge base, etc; or you can implement processes to support your own specific business requirements.

IncidentMonitor™ goes one step further, our on demand service management software is not only able to support your IT service management processes, but can also act as a Shared Service Center in which you support other processes like sales force automation, customer relationship management, request management, human resource support, complaint management, facility management, software development management and bug tracking, to name a few. Given the IncidentMonitor™ SaaS licensing model, companies are not locked into a long term contract. You pay for the number of agents accessing the system on a monthly basis. There is no cost for end users to submit, view or update their tickets; or search the knowledgebase.
